Who is responsible?
NYMARC ApS, Denmark, is responsible for handling business inquiries. Email info@nymarc.dk with questions about your information or privacy.
Information you provide
The contact page opens your email app; it does not submit an inquiry through this website. When you send an email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, company and business question. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential documents.
Why we use it
We use inquiry details to respond, discuss possible services and arrange requested consultations. Depending on the inquiry, this may be necessary to take steps towards a contract at your request or to pursue our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We do not automatically add you to a marketing list.
The Opportunity Finder
Suggestions use predefined rules in your browser. Answers are not sent to an AI provider. When you explicitly choose to include them in a consultation request, the summary is temporarily stored in your browser’s session storage and transferred to the contact page. You can edit or remove it before opening and sending an email draft.
Hosting, delivery and access
Website and email hosting providers process information to operate the site and deliver inquiries. Access to inquiries is restricted to people who need it to respond and manage the business relationship. This website uses GoDaddy hosting. You may contact us for information about the providers involved in handling your inquiry.
Retention
We retain inquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond and manage the business relationship. You can request deletion by email; legal or contractual obligations may require us to retain some records. Hosting security logs follow the hosting provider’s configured retention.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The Opportunity Finder uses session storage only when you choose to transfer answers. Hosting infrastructure may maintain security and access logs. We will update this notice if the configuration changes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet. Contact NYMARC to make a request.
